We have a vacancy for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor for a position which will be available in mid to late September 2010. Candidates will ideally have 3 to 4 years PQE and have experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, shareholder arrangements and general commercial advice.
