This department specialises in the preparation of Wills and Administration of Trusts and Estates. Advice and assistance is given to clients on inheritance tax planning measures.
The department also assists elderly clients in the management of their financial matters. This includes the preparation and implementation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and where appropriate, advising in relation to applications to the Court of Protection.
Specialist lawyers are based in all three offices: Colchester, Frinton and Dovercourt.
