Qualifying with an Ipswich Firm,
Charles joined Marshall & Sutton in 1976 becoming a Partner in 1979.

Additional Information:
Charles is a keen sportsman, having been National and European Champion in several classes of yachts, and having won his "Blue" - representing Cambridge University at Badminton. He still plays squash enthusiastically and golf badly.
