Jeanette is a solicitor with a law degree and is a member of both two specialist organisations, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Probate Section of the Law Society.

She specialises in the preparation of trusts and more complex Wills as well as advising on Inheritance Tax planning measures. In addition she administers trusts and estates.

She also advises and assists clients in the management of their financial matters. This includes the preparation and implementation of lasting powers of attorney and, where appropriate, advising in relation to applications to the Court of Protection.

An expanding area of her work is advising elderly clients regarding the financial implications of residential care
